Shipping Live Ants

  • Shipping Days: Live ants are shipped exclusively on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure they arrive safely.
  • Weather Conditions: We monitor shipping routes for extreme weather to protect live ants during transit. If temperatures are too hot or cold, we may delay shipping and notify you promptly.
  • Expedited Shipping: All live ants are shipped using fast, trackable delivery services to minimize transit time.
  • Order Deadline: Orders for live ants must be placed by Tuesday afternoon to be shipped that week. Orders placed after this time will ship the following week.

Shipping Custom-Made Ant Farms and Outworlds

  • Custom-Made Orders: If a custom-made ant farm or outworld is not in stock, it may take up to 5 business days to manufacture.
  • Shipping Day for Custom Products: Custom-made ant farms are typically shipped on Mondays to ensure smooth delivery.
  • In-Stock Custom Products: If your custom product is in stock, it will ship on the next available shipping day.
